Montana Fly Company developed Henry's Fork Hackle so fly tyers can use CDC in ways never thought of before. Each strand contains CDC feathers spun into a core that can be wound around the hook. You can substitute these 3-1/2" strands for regular rooster hackle on almost any fly. Use as-is for larger flies or trim the fibers down to make size 16 to 18 flies.
